  • You can claim your missing Miles for rentals within 6 months here.

Important Information

  •  You can earn Skywards Miles on eligible rentals at participating Hertz locations worldwide

  • You must add your Emirates Skywards membership number to your reservation to earn Skywards Miles and present your Emirates Skywards membership card when picking up the car.

  • You will only earn Skywards Miles for rentals in your name which must match your Emirates Skywards membership details.

  • You will earn Miles on the base rental rate.

  • You will earn Miles on a maximum rental period of 30 consecutive days.

  • You will not earn Miles on:

    • Taxes
    • Fuel
    • Contract rates
    • Tour operator rates
    • Airline employee rates
    • Inter‑company or employee discount rates
    • Car replacements
    • Chauffeur services
    • Promotional, complimentary, or negotiated rates
    • Barter rentals or any rentals in connection with frequent traveler awards
    • Gift certificates or vouchers
    • Wholesale rates

For rentals picks up before 20 May 2022 you will be awarded Skywards Miles based on your Emirates Skywards Tier status:

  • Emirates Skywards Platinum: 3.5 Miles per USD 1 spent
  • Emirates Skywards Gold: 3 Miles per USD 1 spent
  • Emirates Skywards Silver: 2.5 Miles per USD 1 spent
  • Emirates Skywards Blue: 2 Miles for per USD 1 spent
  • You can claim your missing Miles for rentals within 6 months here.
  • Your Skywards Miles will be credited to your account within 6-8 weeks after the vehicle is returned.
